I am adopted!!!!!!!!!!!

Ella was rescued from a "free puppy" sign by some nice people when she was a few months old. They could not properly care for her so they decided to surrender her to Rescued Tails. Ella is a wonderful bundle of energy, but she has a very affectionate side to her as well. She absolutely loves the snow and enjoys fetching her tennis balls or unburying them from below the surface. Because Ella is still very much a puppy, she is learning what things are her toys and what things aren't. Ella is housetrained and crate-trained, as long as it is a wire crate. She doesn't seem to care for enclosed crates. Ella loves other dogs and expects them all to want to play with her. She met some cats in her foster home, and while she was curious about them, she was able to be called away from them.

Ella is currently participating in our Rush to Rescue program, so she is being fostered by a pair of offenders at the Rush City Correctional Facility. While there, she will be attending a training program with a certified trainer and will work on her commands and manners with her handlers.
