We are in our forever home!

Domri and Jace were picked up as strays, and when efforts to locate their owners failed, we were contacted to see if we could take them into our rescue. They are a bonded pair, so we are hoping to find them a home together. Both are pretty mellow, with Jace being a little more outgoing than his brother, Domri. They are housetrained and crate-trained and do well with other dogs. 

Domri (blue collar) is a certified introvert.  He is quiet and enjoys people.  He’d make a PERFECT therapy dog as gentle and cuddly as he is.  Domri is happy with a quiet walk while his brother skirts the fences and sniffs up the place. Jace (red collar) is the mischievous playful one that doesn’t mind taking chances.  He’s out there trying anything and loving to play. 

 Domri and Jace are participating in our Rush to Rescue program, so they are currently being fostered by pairs of offenders at the Rush City Correctional Facility. While there, they will be attending a training program with a certified trainer and will be working on their commands with their handlers. 

From Domri's handlers: I'm very well-mannered, polite and sweet. I like to be loved on and I listen pretty good. I also like to sleep anywhere near you. I don't bark, but will whine to use the bathroom. And I love my brother very much. I am mellow, so don't worry about me getting into stuff.

From Jace's handlers: I'm a really sweet, polite and well-mannered dog who just wants to relax with my brother. I don't bark much, but I'll tell you when I have to go outside. I love attention and playing ball outside. I also am very mellow and would be the greatest house dog ever!
