Hello, my name is Penelope, and my foster mom says that I have made remarkable progress given the circumstances under which I was found. You see, I was rescued from a feral colony as a young kitten and needed to be socialized. I now enjoy playing with toys, especially interactive ones on a stick. I love other cats, and dogs are fine too! I will curl up and take a nap next to you, especially if there is an afghan involved!! I enjoy sitting on the top of the cat tower and watch over everything.
